These 6-week classes held at Relax4Life Center in Barrington are for the beginning, intermediate and advanced student alike.   Each week, Kathleen Rankhorn, certified and registered Yoga instructor, will guide you through specialized breathing techniques and poses that will lead to greater balance, flexibility and stamina.  Through the skill of the instructor, each pose and practice can be modified to support students at any flexibility/strength level.  To register online, click on the class date below and you will be taken to our secure registration cart.   You may also call in your registration at 847-842-1752.

Tuesday, September 7th           4:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.  $66

AND/OR

Thursday, September 9th          6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.  $66

(Note: you may also attend single classes for a $15 drop-in fee per class)
