Relax4Life Center offers a tranquil, nature-rich, fragrance and smoke-free space on 5 wooded acres in Barrington, IL.   The grounds include a scenic overlook deck, pond, waterfall, 3 permanent walking labyrinths and native sweat lodge.  The 1000 square foot carpeted seminar room overlooks these features.  Our one and two-day personal growth and healing workshops offer a unique respite from the everyday  We specialize in providing a number of products, workshops and services that assist in the personal growth and healing process.  

For the sake of overall health as well as for those who are allergic or environmentally sensitive, the indoor and outdoor space of the center is kept free of smoke, perfumes, colognes, scented hairsprays, soaps, deodorants, lotions, shampoos, essential oils and other fragrances.  Both natural and chemically-based scented grooming products, some essential oils and incense products have been proven to contain a chemical known as Phthalate, a highly toxic carcinogen. We therefore ask that everyone who comes here respect the health of those who are here and those who will be coming after they depart as Thalates remain in the air long after the "scent" that they are a carrier for is gone.  We thank you in advance for your consideration.
The center is open by appointment and is available to rent.
